Sketch It Out

Floor planning

This entails a virtual or in-home meeting to assess the space, take measurements, and learn about your desired end-result as far as layout/function. I would make recommendations on different layouts based on your preferences and the space itself, and then bring those visions of interest to life using a digital drawing tool by Google called “Sketchup.” From there I would build a presentation of 2D floor plans and a series of perspectives from 3D renderings, complete with dimensions, and a summary of my notes and recommendations for your keeping.

Sourcing & Consultation

This service is if you are looking for some guidance on interior design as far as aesthetics, materials, etc. It is suitable to any level of assistance you might need, whether you would like just a little direction but to take things forward on your own, or you would prefer to enjoy a more comprehensive sourcing service. It entails completing a brief questionnaire, followed by a meeting to understand what you hope to accomplish, including discussing specific elements like tile, paint color, flooring, fixtures, etc. From there I would work as closely with you as you’d like, and build a presentation of my design recommendations for your keeping on all that we discussed.

*Purchasing Concierge

Order + Delivery Management

This would be appropriate if you would like a hassle-free execution on product orders and deliveries. I would manage all aspects of this process from my trade partners or other retailers, including local suppliers, or online sites. I would take care of everything from getting the orders placed, to handling any inventory or shipping issues, to scheduling deliveries or pickups, and managing any product quality issues or returns. I will keep you apprised of every step using detailed a tracking sheet. *This would also allow me to extend to you the benefits of my trade partnerships, including up to a 10% discount on product where possible!

our story

I began L’Italien Design Innovations in 2019 from a little apartment in Amesbury, MA that I shared with my now-husband, Corey. Prior to launching, I was doing interior design projects on the side for Corey’s contracting customers while I worked a full-time career. When the pandemic hit, I made the decision to launch L’Italien Design Innovations full-time, and I have spent the last four years designing spaces for working professionals and families along the North Shore.

My passion for optimizing the use of space paired with an innovative take on traditional styling allows me to transform interiors into warm, refreshed spaces that stand the test of time. By taking a sensible approach to spatial opportunities and building a vision through digital drawings and mood boards, I am able to deliver fresh spaces curated with function and individuality, allowing our clients to feel rejuvenated at home everyday.
